Agreements and disputes of the shareholders

We are ready to assist our customers to protect themselves and to avoid disagreements between the shareholders which usually interfere with the activities of the company and may cause damages. In order to protect the interests of our customers, we prefer amicable agreements of the shareholders; however, in cases when it is not possible, we are prepared to defend the interests of our customers in courts. In this field we have extensive experience from assistance to conclude the agreements to solutions in the disputes between the shareholders.
